A Brand New Comfortable En-suite Private bedroom: Private bathroom with Balcony & Terrace, in a Cosy & Spacious Newly built place. Located in a superb Central location (Pieta-Msida area) in the heart of principal Main Connections to Flexibly & Comfortably move around the island. Its tailored planned constructions, design and its location make it very Practical & Welcoming for hosting purposes. Hence, catering for the Convenience, Comfort & Safety of you. Based at an urban zone close to Valletta & StJulians / Sliema, hence, with a degree of sound movement & not as quiet as in a rural zone (e.g. countryside). GUEST ACCESS: Guests have a large private double bedroom (28 meters squared) encompassing a private attached bathroom, an attached balcony with terrace having a street view (& a smoking area) & an equipped workstation / desk. As a traveler you may wish to use some of the kitchen equipment, including the microwave, refrigerator & freezer, cutlery & plates, kettle, toaster and sink/washbasin, which you can. However, if possible, not the use of the oven & cooker, preparing heavy extensive family meals. COMFORT & DESIGN: brand new room & furniture, featuring modern industrial and retro styles, with a comfortably large king sized bed. Apertures promote good air ventilation. The room is also equipped with an air conditioning system for cooling & heating (charged separately at a very cheap rate). Additionally, the room is naturally well lit through an outside sound-proof & thermal double glazed balcony door, with balcony & terrace access at your convenience. Hence, also equipped with door & window blackout blinds for light control, and mosquito nets. Also with a night/reading LED light. Other miscellaneous include a foldable wall mounted table, a chair, mirrors, hairdryer, kettle & mugs, and additional throws. Miscellaneous: 2 adorable peaceful small four legged friends live peacefully in their own private space, which are part of the furniture.
About the Host: I am a local Maltese, a teacher & a nutritionist by profession, graduated in both Home Economics (Domestic & Textiles Science) & Nutrition. I have been using Booking for long, for both hosting & travelling purposes as I am a passionate traveler. Moreover, I am an animal lover. My areas of interest include languages, nutrition & fitness training, sciences, technology, music & dancing. I also enjoy self meditation & living in harmony with nature.
SUPERB LOCATION: very central in the heart of principal main connections to flexibly get around. Located in Pietá-Msida area, right in between the two 2 most popular cities (only 2 km: Valletta- St.Julian’s). Also near Villa Guardamangia (a.k.a Casa Medina) where UK’s queen Elisabeth ll and Prince Philip resided, & the National heritage property of St. Luke’s. Just around the corner you have access to the Marina Promenade, having Cafeterias, Bars & Restaurants; ideal for walks to either Valletta or St.Julian’s. Around the corner you can also easily access many important outlets including, Pharmacies & Clinics, ATM Machines, Language schools & University, iGaming companies, Printing facilities, Lotto shops, Post office, Churches, Gyms and other shops for shopping. Additionally, just a corner away there are principal bus stops (called Il- Kullegg) having many direct buses, offering great connections to all site-seeing attractions, beaches and towns, and 24/7 night buses always running in our central zone area. Additionally, there is plenty of free parking space in the vicinity. SURROUNDINGS: The room is based on a residential street where few cars pass, with working hours from 9am-4pm during office days. Main road is 2 blocks (200metres) away, where there is a principal bus stop called 'il Kullegg' with many bus route connections. The street is generally quiet in the late afternoons, in the evenings & night hours. However, there is a degree of movement sound since the location is in a central zone, close by Valletta & St.Julians, and it is not as silent as in rural zones (e.g. countryside). Balcony sliding doors are double glazed that is they are Sound Proof to hinder possible outside noise. The double glazed sliding doors must be closed completely well.
