The master enjoys an en-suite and a second bathroom for added convenience. Located in a serene area yet close to the touristic centre this property is a unique blend of tranquility and convenience.
My Name Is Shaun, I am a 26 year old with a background in hospitality. I worked really hard in purchasing this apartment, and will be short letting it until I finish my masters to help pay for school! I am fun loving, Outgoing and always looking to help. The apartment enjoys picturesque views leading up to the beautiful Wardija It is less than a kilometre away from the promenade. In the same street of the apartment building there iare 2 bus stops (both ways, that can take you anywhere across Malta) In the sreet adjoining the apartment building there is everything you can imagine, 4 supermarkets & mini markets, dentists, doctors, hairdressers beauticians, banks, stationeries, coffee shops, take aways ,restaurants etc... Everything is within walking distance Fully equipped kitchen, which allows you to cook any meal you like and enjoy it whilst watching the sunset The road in front of the apartment building is really quiet, parking could be found at any time
