We look after their properties and when they are not in town we take care of them and welcome other like minded visitors to stay in their homes. Every home is unique, but they all have one thing in common. This is that they are very well looked after and will make a great place to stay for your time here in La Paz. This 3rd-floor condo with spectacular bay and sea views will be a highlight of your trip! - Located in a peaceful gated area with an oceanview resort swimming pool onsite - 2.7 mile (4.3 km) drive to Coromuel beach & sea with a variety of water activities - .7 mile (1.2 km) drive (or walk!) to the waterfront Malecón (pedestrian walk street) - Equipped kitchen & comfortable dining area for meals at home & a washer/dryer - Wi-Fi & a laptop-friendly workspace for extended stays or the remote worker Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a fifty six USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in. There is a penalty of 20.00 USD for late check-outs. Please note that the parking is not covered during the storm season between June and November. Please note that the pool at the complex will be closed until the end of March. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear. Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.
