We look after their properties and when they are not in town we take care of them and welcome other like minded visitors to stay in their homes. This stylish & comfortable 1BR/1BA condo will be the highlight of your trip to La Paz! - Inside a 24/7 secure gated residential area overlooking La Paz Bay & Sea of Cortez - 2.3 miles|3.7 km (5-min drive) to Coromuel Beach with loads fun & water activities - Walking distance to the waterfront Malecón, shops, restaurants & popular sites - Condo amenities like 2 swimming pools, a gym, movie theater & covered parking - Please note that the pool maintenance is scheduled every (Tuesday & Friday). We'll kindly ask you to grant access to the maintenance staff, there is no specific time for this service. (the maintenance service may be subject to changes) Please note that the parking is not covered during the storm season between June and November. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a fifty six weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in to be paid in cash to our local team. There is a penalty of 20.00 USD for late check-outs. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear. The Torres de Cantera complex requires every guest to notify them of their time of arrival (at least 5 hours in advance) and if they will be using the amenities, and for how long. Please note that only half of the stove burners work until further notice.
