This is where nature's elements come together with modern comforts - all with equipped kitchens for healthy meals in home. - Complimentary bicycles during your stay (subject to availability) - In the heart of Tulum halfway between the town & the beach inside the beautiful residential area - A swimming pool on-site with sun lounge chairs to relax the day away - A lounge and bar corner - Free parking - The beach and El Centro area is only 10 minutes away by bike - Tranquil place surrounded in nature for a relaxing as well as romantic stay **If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.** The plunge pools are not heated. The jets are used for cleaning and filtering only. For stays of 28 nights or more the Security Deposit will range from 900 USD to 1500 USD, depending on the unit. The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned. Stella Rentals grants you preferential beach access to ´´Playa Negroni by Tago´´. Contact your concierge to save your spot. Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.
