New condo located in the Nuevo Vallarta area just 20min from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Many restaurants/bars/convenient stores within walking distance. Beautiful rooftop pool and terrace for lounging and entertaining. Fitness area with everything needed for your workout. Kids Club with ping pong and air hockey. The beach is within walking distance (1.4 miles)!

Nuevo Vallarta is full of life! It has one of the nicest beaches of the bay area. The area has a great variety of very good restaurants and bars. This community is excellent for walking and biking. Nuevo is approximately a 30 minute taxi ride from downtown Puerto Vallarta.
