This private residence is surrounded by water, the front of the property rests on one of the most pristine and hidden white-sand coves, whilst the property backs the spectacular emerald Sian Ka’an lagoon. While the front of the property houses the second longest reef in the world, home to many of our friendly and favourite sea friends - dolphin, stingrays and turtles (best seen in the early hours of the morning). The untamed and lush jungle that surrounds the property provides a comforting balance of shade and natural beauty, all whilst enhancing our experience through the local birdsongs.. Tulum town is a 20-30 min Drive or boat ride as our property is located 10km inside of the Biosphere.
