We had the best time! My husband and I brought both sets of our parents for Christmas and then we stayed an extra week for New Years. The service of the staff at this hotel is incredible. Leo was a great bellman assisting with luggage, Alfonso was our favorite golf cart driver - making sure we got where we needed safely while showing us the wildlife. Isaac and Clemente were perfect bartenders at the casita pool, making sure we were always refreshed and chatting with us. Alfredo always made us feel welcome at Cabana pizza place and his partner Geramo. Miguel and Jairo did an amazing job at the Italian restaurant - so well we came back twice more and booked the wine room for a chefs dinner on New Year’s Eve! Memo prepared our chefs dinner and it was excellent! He is so passionate about what he does and it shows. We can’t wait to go back!

El Dorado Casitas Royale has an extensive selection of different appealing cuisines from around the world including 10 different restaurants offering world cuisine, contemporary Italian menus, a flavor from the Pacific, a Mediterranean fusion, Caribbean style, and Mexican cuisine. Pizzas and authentic Italian cooking are also offered. There are also 10 swim-up bars, 1 beach bar and 4 lounge bars available. Naay Spa is divided into the Spa Royale and the Spa Casitas. Spa Royale is in the center of the property, while Spa Casitas is a 20,000 sq-ft facility offering an extensive menu of traditional and alternative spa treatments. The Eco Touristic Ranch is the property's own stables with riding horses. There is a guided horseback tour through the jungle, so guests can experience the true Riviera Maya beauty.
