My condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath Suite with a kitchen, living/dining area, and a wraparound balcony. It includes WiFi and has flatscreen TV’s in both the king bedroom and the L/D area. The spacious walk-in shower is very enjoyable. The Suite is elegant and spacious with great views of the city and sea. It also has an adjoining studio that can be rented separately or together with the Suite.
I live in Dallas, TX, and always wanted a second home near the beach; my little escape. I fell in love with Cabo and worked hard in the real estate industry to make my dream come true! I designed my condo for ultimate comfort and relaxation, while emphasizing an upscale beach theme throughout. From the luxury hotel bedding to the chaise sofa in the living area, I created an inviting ambiance for my guests. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! 🥂
The area around the complex where my condo is located is very quiet and picturesque. The complex backs up to a mountain with all the rocks and nature of the region. Great for hiking! Across the street is a quaint little patio cafe that serves an amazing home cooked breakfast and lunch. The complex offers a rooftop pool and restaurant with the most amazing views of the city and the sea. Just a few blocks away is a small convenience store for any necessities. The marina/beach is about a 30 minute walk passing through the downtown area. The condo is in an extremely desirable location; quiet but close proximity to everything!
