Savour sparkling ocean and lagoon views in this spacious beachfront three-bedroom penthouse from the many windows, balconies, and terraces. Head up to the rooftop to sunbathe on our two private terraces. After a fun-filled day, prepare a meal for your family and friends in our fully-equipped kitchen and sip a glass of wine while looking at the sunset. Our beachfront complex offers 160 m of shoreline, kids' and adults' pools, a tennis court, full-service laundry, free parking, and 24/7 security. There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and the third one is a loft on the 3rd floor. PLEASE NOTE: -This is a non-smoking property -Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed -Our HOA requires you to provide all the guests' full names, copies of IDs, and ages to prepare your registration. -Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their parents/legal guardians. The use of the balcony and terraces is strictly for adults. -Parents must supervise their children at all times. DISCLAIMER: We are in a Condominium complex. The units are owned by private owners and managed by a Home Owners Association. Occasionally, it could be noise during day hours caused by renovations or maintenance work out of our control.
Located right on the beach, with approx 160m of beachfront, the condo is in Condominos Brisas, a gated complex in the Hotel Zone. Across the street are Nichupté Lagoon and the mangrove jungle, where you can drive speedboats and tour the zone. The apartment is conveniently close to the main restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets and shopping centers, archeological sites, museums, and 15 minutes drive from the entertainment area.
