Casa Serena Vista is a small luxury inn set in a secluded hillside location, overlooking the mountains and town, it has the best view in Alamos, the villa is quiet and private, but the plaza and town are nearby, just a short walk down the steps, the villa has four suites, two with handicap access and accessible baths, two suites have kitchenettes, and the others have refrigerators and microwave. Serena Vista has the only heated pool in Alamos, the large pool and comfortable patio area with charco grill are a favorite spot off families to relax, the villa is furnished with folk art treasures and traditional Mexican furnishings, a full breakfast is provided at no extra charge, Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A koi pond and beautiful flowers, threes and plantings create a present environment and many quiet spots for relaxing. Many special services are available.

Serena Vista has the best view in Alamos. It is secluded and peaceful and yet still close to the plaza. We serve delicious meals, and we have an outstanding pool and barbecue area and a screened summer house. We have the only handicap access suites and entrance in town. Our guest rooms and common rooms are comfortable and our villa contains many examples of folk art and artifacts
Guests feel welcome at Serena Vista because of our outstanding staff and services. Guests can have privacy if they prefer or can enter into the life and activities of the villa. We are prepared for guests' unique requests and special needs. We enjoy welcoming diverse guests from any parts of the world. As a retired professor from the U. of Alaska, I have an excellent library at your disposal. We enjoy sharing our cat Alicia, Princessa our dog, and our turtle and koi. Children enjoy staying with us. Many interesting conversations take place around our kitchen table. It is important for us to have a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere for our guests. Many of our guests return for another visit to Serena Vista.
We are located near the top of Guadalupe Hill's close to the Cultural Center. The church, Palacio, plaza, and museum are within walking distance just down the hill, along with many restaurants. From our rooftop, guests have a 360-degree view from which to appreciate the beauty of the town and its architecture. This is a walking neighborhood that is safe for pedestrians day or night.
