The property is located in a private community club with their own requirements for guests due to keeping all residents of the club safe. We have no control over these requirements, and need to submit them for you to gain access to the property. These requirements are a complete list with names of the guests staying, and also an official ID of each guest. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee and also a security deposit which is refundable. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Our spacious and cozy condo can host up to 9 guests comfortably with three bedrooms and six beds. As a HOLT guest, you will have full access to the additional amenities in the complex, including a pool, a Casa Club with a restaurant and a lounge bar, tennis and pickleball courts, secured parking, and 24/7 security. The complex also offers access to the golf course, and a spa with a variety of services — Both offered for an additional fee. In addition, guests who book 14 nights or more are eligible to acquire a membership pass to the exclusive facilities at el Tigre, for an additional fee. The membership includes access to the gym facilities with an Olympic pool, a variety of fitness classes, and access to the private beach club, an exclusive island within the facilities. The living room includes: • Seating for your whole party • Smart TV with loaded apps • Balcony access with an outdoor dining table + a BBQ grill (charcoal not included) • Full bathroom with a newly renovated interior. The Bedrooms include: • All three bedrooms have their own Smart TV • The Master Bedroom has a King bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and bathtub with spa settings • The second bedroom has custom 2 bunk beds — 1 queen bed and 3 single beds • The third bedroom features a double bed.
