The property is located in a private community club with their own requirements for guests due to keeping all residents of the club safe. We have no control over these requirements, and need to submit them for you to gain access to the property. These requirements are a complete list with names of the guests staying, and also an official ID of each guest. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee and also a security deposit which is refundable. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a fine. In addition, guests who book 14 nights or more are eligible to acquire a membership pass to the exclusive facilities at el Tigre, for an additional fee. The membership includes access to the gym facilities with an Olympic pool, a variety of fitness classes, and access to the private beach club, an exclusive island within the facilities.
