Savor this serene escape to a private gated community in Riviera Maya’s Akumal area. - In ANAH condo development within Bahia Principe Residences & Golf Complex - 3 pools, rooftop lounge, gym, yoga area, tropical landscape & a golf course onsite - Private balcony, well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, laptop workspaces, washer & dryer We provide a limited supply of home and bath essentials, but please note these items are not replenished. If you run out, you'll need to purchase more. Here is what is supplied: toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, paper towels, some trash bags, dish soap, and dish sponge, but anything else you feel you need must be purchased and brought onsite. Electricity is expensive here, so please help save energy by using the AC only when needed, closing all windows and doors when it's on, and shutting it off every time you leave. A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short-term rentals (2-27 nights). Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 mxn/kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 nights or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check-out for any additional consumption. For long-term stays (21 nights or more), there is a fee of 60 USD for a mid-stay cleaning service. There’s an extra charge for additional guests/visitors over the capacity of the property. Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only. Lastly, long-term stays are available. There’s also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker! The laundry room in Two-Bedroom Apartment is communal and shared with the other units in the building. It is located on the second floor, next to the elevator. A reservation needs to be made at the front desk to make use of this room. Access and use is free of charge, but you will need to bring your own detergent.
