Very friendly hosts that respond to anything you need such as toiletries or kitchenware. They even helped us get a ride in town and find a pediatrician when we had a sick child. Very nicely kept big pool, huge spacious apartment with full working kitchen to cook. We really enjoyed our stay for a family that likes to cook. Tour operator across the street for doing dolphin swim, boat tours, snorkel tour, etc..

Great location: Walking distance to a pharmacy, grocery shops, restaurants and the cargo ferry (where you arrive when you come by car.) also close to the town and passenger ferry. Security The venue has a gate and passcode for entering and exiting the complex both on foot and by car. Private parking lot within the complex. Comfortable The apartment is spacious, great for families or groups. It had a dining area and island dividing the kitchen from the living room, outside patio, washer and dryer, basic kitchen utensils and drinking water fountain. The inside of the complex is beautiful with several other homes having hummingbird feeders and flowers. There are a couple of aromatics in a little garden outside. The unit has an outdated ac but it works. The showers, sinks and faucets had both hot and cold water. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, stove top, pots, chopping board, cutlery, colander, coffee maker, blender, toaster, large fridge, pans, glass ware and ceramics.

We had a family reunion in one of the three bedroom penthouse apartments. Spacious accommodations. Responsive staff. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Pool was clean and well maintained. Attractive design. Nice pool furniture. More shade would be helpful. Kitchen was well equipped and convenient, open to the living room. Living room couches looked new, but we didn't find them comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very well furnished, clean, good water pressure. Excellent mattresses. Balcony was a big plus. We spent many mornings there enjoying the breeze and ocean view. Highly recommend this place.

We definitely stay here again. There was just a few minor. There was just a few minor issues. The bedside light in the master bedroom was faulty. The air conditioner in the master bedroom is hard to figure out. Could use some Basic instructions. The kitchen is not very well stocked if you want to make anything more than the basic meals. The microwave also wasn't working. The size of the condo was amazing. We had plenty of room. It's very bright and lots of sliding glass stores for good air movement so we didn't even need to run the air conditioner most of the time. The pool is huge and clean. My only pet peeve is there should be fitted sheets on the bed. We had a great stay. Definitely go to papa hogs for breakfast. Huevos Rancheros $6. But if you want something fancier and amazing you must go to Coco’s. They have one of the best omelettes I've ever had. It's a Spanish sausage inside end it comes with Side of chilaquillas.

The location of this property was great. It was central but not downtown so you have accessibility but with water views. The pool and property were beautiful. The owner, or manager, was VERY fast with communication and solving the problems we had. If you’re there to dive or snorkel, it’s PERFECT. You can walk to shopping area and quite a few restaurants and bars.
