Our unit is just right above of the famous Imago shopping mall in Sabah KK within a walking distance, and we are surrounded by many delicious restaurant and exciting night life. - 15 minutes from airport - 10 minutes away from the Philippine&handicraft market -15 minutes away from Sutera habour. -10 minutes away from Sunday market - 10 minutes away from Waterfront. -15-20 minutes away from Mosque(City Mosque) *Please take notes* Only one residential car park card provided. Kindly noticed that this unit NO HEAVY COOKING. 📣NO SMOKING ALLOWED 🚭 Here are some house rules: 1. Keep our home secure and lock doors & windows when leaving 2. RM 300 security deposit will be collected by bank transfer before check in, refunded after check out within 24-48 hours. 3. If evidence of SMOKING is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of RM300 for the removal of odours, debris and such. 4. No durian allowed 5. Kindly keep the place net and clean before check out 6. Check-in time after 3 pm, HOST has the right to reject early check-in to make sure the cleanliness of the house. 7. Check out before 12pm, HOST has the right to reject late check out to ensure the next customer check in efficiency. 8.
