From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please be informed that the villa does not accept third party credit card payments. You will be required to kindly present a photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. In the event that you do not have the credit card used to make the booking, you will be required to make full payment on the credit card that you have in your possession. Charges on the previous credit card will be refunded within 14 working days.

Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vape), cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves (rokok daun), bamboo pipes and waterpipe smokes (bong, hookah/shisha and mouassal) is strictly prohibited in all units. Tenants are permitted to smoke on the balconies of Ground Floor units only. Due to the danger and risk of fire, smoking is not permitted on balconies or terraces of units on the first or second floors. Should a tenant smoke inside their room, they will forfeit their deposit and subject to a cleaning fee equivalent to one night room charge at the prevailing rate. Please be kind enough to respect this agreement.

Please be informed that children below 16 are not allowed due to architectural design and safety concerns.

Kindly be advised that Villa Samadhi is undergoing some enhancement and refurbishment works. Heavy machine is possible at the minimal usage. However, Villa Samadhi team shall be striving the best to minimise the noise, as effort to ensure guest's stay will not be a “disruption of peace”. Nevertheless, Villa Samadhi would like to apologise in advance if at any time or in any way you may be disturbed during your stay with us.

Car park within the precinct is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are to park at their own risk and to fully assume any loss or damages to their own vehicles parked on and off residence grounds.

Each room is only allowed a maximum of 2 adults per room. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed in the property.

All of the rooms in Villa Samadhi is built based on preserving the sanctity of its natural surroundings. Kindly be informed that most of the room has different layout and design. For any specific request related to room layout such as corner room, indoor/outdoor plunge pool etc, will be strongly subjected to availability upon arrival.

모든 투숙객은 체크인 시 사진이 부착된 유효한 신분증과 신용카드를 제시하셔야 합니다. 모든 별도 요청 사항은 체크인 시 가능한 경우에 한해 제공되며, 추가 비용이 부과될 수도 있음을 안내드립니다.

고객은 임대 계약서를 받아 서명하고, 도착일 전에 숙소 측으로 이를 제출해야 합니다. 계약서를 제때 받지 못한 경우에는 예약 확인서에 기재된 연락처를 통해 숙소 관리 회사에 문의하셔야 하는 점 양지하시기 바랍니다.

만 18세 미만인 고객은 부모 또는 법적 보호자가 동반하는 경우에 한해 숙박이 가능합니다.

숙소 도착 시 손해 보증금(MYR 500)을 지불하셔야 합니다. 신용카드를 통해 지불하실 수 있습니다. 체크아웃 시 환불 받으실 수 있습니다. 숙소 측에서 객실 점검 후 이상이 없을 시 손해 보증금 전액을 신용카드를 통해 돌려드립니다.
