Villas Iguana A-8 is located in the heart of the wave-rich Tola region. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo unit is located at the north end of Playa Colorado with a river and Los Perros point to the north and two quality waves a short walk to the south (Panga Drops and Colorado beach break). The condo is located on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It is equipped with a king bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the guest bedroom. The condo is also equipped with AC in the bedrooms and living area, Apple TV, Wi-Fi a safe for your valuables and a back up battery system that supplies power to the unit in the event of a power outage. Cleaning service is included in the rental and we offer an optional meal plan service!

This house is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks. There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide). We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course. The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests. There are several great food options within the Hacienda Iguana development and many other good restaurants nerby. Other businesses in the Hacienda Iguana community include a Spa, 2 small convenience stores with a variety of grocery items and an ATM is located on the property. Other activities in the development include yoga, horseback riding and in-home massage is also available. We have a well merchandised store (NSR Surf Shop) located inside the Hacienda Iguana development, which offers souvenirs, surf accessories, clothing, beach towels, flip flops, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuits, wet suit vests and tops, rash guards and more! We also rent scooters, dirt bikes, surfboards, boogie boards and SUPs out of this location as well.
