The Boutique B&B opened its doors in September 2021 after a thorough renovation, taking into account all monumental and characteristic aspects. Marnix and Mayke have a lot of experience in hospitality and therefore do everything they can to pamper their guests. They do this together with their colleague Danielle and together they ensure that guests are provided with a fresh breakfast, fresh and cleaned suites and the reception of the guests. "We think it is important that our guests feel at home in the Boutique B&B, but with sufficient privacy. The experience is therefore often that the Boutique B&B has the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, but the service and personality of a bed and breakfast." With us you can expect that we are always there for you and will help you as much as possible with a perfect stay. We are happy to provide you with restaurant and activity tips, ensure that your room remains clean during your stay and if you miss something in the room, we will immediately see how we can solve this. In addition, we have various drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, available in the (breakfast) lounge that you can use (for a fee). This way you are really away from it all!

Boutique B&B Huys Oud Teylingen is located in the Dorpsstraat of Warmond, where we welcome our guests in the monumental, former post office. With two luxurious suites you can enjoy luxury and comfort the 'boutique-way'. The modern-chic suites are furnished with comfortable beds, crisp white linen and towels, a desk, clothes rack and more. Every day we offer the possibility to serve a fresh breakfast, mainly using organic products. In addition, we offer you the extra possibility to park for free on private parking spaces behind the bed and breakfast. The Boutique B&B is located in the picturesque village center of Warmond, where you can find plenty of entertainment all day long. For example, the B&B is opposite a grand café where you can enjoy a beer or wine, but there are many more cozy restaurants within a short walking distance. Please note that our Superior Suite is located on the street side, so on Friday and Saturday evenings during organized parties you may hear sounds of music and chatter from people on the street up to 01.00 am. However, this is only a few times a year and we will inform you immediately if this is the case. The Deluxe Suite is located at the rear and is therefore in a very quiet place. The Boutique B&B does not have its own outdoor space, but it does have a cozy bench in front of the door with a lovely afternoon sun. In addition, less than a minute's walk away is a waterfront park, island and waterfront to enjoy the outdoors. In the immediate area you can enjoy all the beauty that Warmond (aan de Kaag) has to offer. For example, we work together with 'Rent a Bike Van Dam - Bicycle rental', you can rent a sloop at Olympia Charters, there are Sup boards for rent and much more. The Boutique B&B is located in the Dorpsstraat of Warmond, which means that you are directly in the cozy atmosphere of the village center. In the same street you will find various restaurants, a park on the water, but also a supermarket, bakery and various other shops. You also have many different activities in the immediate area, such as water sports on the Kagerplassen, the beach of Noordwijk and Katwijk is 15 minutes away, we are in the middle of the bulb region with Keukenhof around the corner. In addition, you are in the center of Leiden in no time and you can enjoy the city, but also the many museums, Hortus Botanicus and Naturalis. Warmond is the ideal base for a great holiday or weekend away in the Netherlands.
