In the charming, historic town of Aardenburg, just outside the busy tourist area of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, stands 'Het huis van Marietje' (±1664). This monumental building is located next to the old city gate. There is tranquility, space, and privacy. The charming guest room is located by the deep walled medieval garden with its own open terrace and cozy seating area. The excellent living kitchen (fully equipped) and the bedroom with comfortable beds also contribute to a successful mini vacation. Important to know: The bedroom can only be accessed via a fairly steep staircase.
Hello, I'm Wiek. Together with my wife Mei Ling, we happily rent out our guest room. Mei Ling is a jewelry designer, and we have a workshop in our house. The jewelry can be viewed upon request. Wiek is a saxophonist and marketing creative.
Marietje's house is located next to the medieval city gate. Aardenburg has existed since Roman times. You can go for excellent walks there, and there is a lot to see. There are many beautiful places within a 30 km radius. Free parking near the house on public roads.
