When Booking the Deluxe Double with Sea View and Deluxe Twin Rooms the Guests will have their own Private Space which includes their private Toilet and Private Bathroom. The Property is walking Distance from Kerikeri Inlet . Guests have the use of the Dining Area and a Balcony with sea Views . As a Bed and Breakfast we provide a Continental Breakfast . Use of the Microwave and Barbecue are available on request. All other cooking Facilities are not available to Guests. Access to the Bay of Islands new Boat Ramp Inlet Road less that 0.6 mi from Alder Rocs B & B .plenty of Space for boat vehicle and Trailer . Cycling can be enjoyed nearby . Kemp House and Stone Store 8.7 mi from the B & B .kerikeri Postoffice 10kms and Bay of Islands Airport 16kms . We only Rent our Rooms out to up to two Guests (Own Toilet and Bathroom) or A Family (2-4) Shared Toilet and Bathroom ) Or a Group of Friends (2-4) ( shared Toilet and bathroom)

We Live In the Fabulous Historical Town of Kerikeri 10mins from the Township in the quiet Edmonds road with great views of the Kerikeri Inlet .5mins from the Inlet where you can Kayak swim fish or just enjoy watching the Yachts having their weekly sailing race. We are close to the Edmonds ruins a Historical Feature and the Waitangi Forest for Cyling. WE are away from all the orchards so the air is very clean and healthy. We have a fabulous Sunny house with large decks and a big courtyard to enjoy .We have two acres of Tropical Gardens a grass Badminton Court and so plenty of room to enjoy. WE have the Oldest Stone Store and Wooden House in New Zealand and the oldest pear Tree.We have beautiful Waterfalls and walks in the Puketi Forest to enjoy. An Abundance of great Cafe’s and dining experiences.Art is featured everywhere with our sculpture in our Domain an art form in itself. Temperatures on our big sunny deck are often up over 20 degrees even in winter or we have our warm cozy fire to lounge beside. You have the use of two rooms the main bedroom with water views and a bedroom-lounge and Private Bathroom Badminton available on site and swimming close by .
John and Trish - We are both now happily retired John an ex Plumber and I taught Gymnastics for many years .WE enjoy meeting new people of all nationalities and have very much enjoyed hosting people from many countries .Now it is time to look after people within New Zealand . We have two children and four Grandchildren who we enjoy very much. WE enjoy all sports especially water sports , Rugby ,Gardening , caravanning , good food and wine ,travelling Current News
Very quiet and Peaceful close to the Ocean everyone keen on keeping their Gardens. Beautiful only 10mins from the bustling township of Kerikeri
