This spacious home is set up for you to enjoy a holiday by the seaside. The views of the bay are to die for, right on the waterfront. You can spot dolphins from the comfort of our home or go surfing at Mitchell's Bay safe beach. Three bedrooms with two lovely modern bathrooms and an entertainers kitchen. Lots of brilliant features like free fibre wifi, TVs, books, games, extra outdoor shower and the BEST deck in Riverton. Only a minutes walk from the safe and popular swimming & surfing beach Mitchell's Bay as well as the Beachhouse Cafe. Living room is spacious with plenty of seating, island bar and dining table. Private and sheltered outdoor area or open the bifold doors and make the most of the view and listen to the sound of the waves. Full kitchen facilities inc coffee machine, gas cooking and hot water. A washing machine is available for your use. Heat pump and panel heaters throughout the home keep you toasty warm on our stormy Southern days (Yes! The outlook is just as gorgeous on the not so sunny days). Heat pump also has a cooling function. The deck area is secure and fully fenced. Please note access to the house is via stairs.

Our house has a self check-in policy. Guests can contact me from my phone number and email which will be given to you immediately if you have a query or you are booking a stay. Please let me know if you have any special requirements and I'll do my best to accommodate them.

Riverton has boomed in recent years and for good reason. It is a sleepy seaside town known for its friendly locals, great family amenities and gorgeous sunrises. Directly in front is Mitchell's Bay and a quick 2 minute walk down the road is the renowned Beachhouse Restaurant. Within walking distance is also Taramea Bay with playground, BBQ facilities and great swimming beach. Riverton has lots of lovely walks, cafes and interesting locally owned shops for your perusing. Te Hikoi Museum and The Art Centre are both must visits while you enjoy our town. Riverton is best visited by vehicle or bike as there is no public transport available.
