Bobby’s workshop. Welcome to Bobby’s workshop, a brand new home, oozing old world charm with modern amenities. Inspired by Bobby’s plumbing workshop back in 1973, some of the old machinery and chattels have been re-used in the interior décor of this home beautifully. Open plan living with a chefs island kitchen and generous dining table to go with. So many little extras have been added to this home – like the Hi-Fi turntable in the lounge with a good selection of vinyl to choose from. An almost secret passage through the amazing Balinese door leads you to the master bedroom with en-suite and flat screen television. The property is perfectly placed, with easy access to the Central City, University, hospital and Forsyth Barr Stadium only 7-10min drive away, or in the other direction a short drive to St Clair Esplanade with great cafes, restaurants, saltwater pool and world class surf! Supermarket and bus stops are a 5min walk from the property. You have private OSP just in front of the home if you have a vehicle.
