- Each apartment has contactless entry with private spa pool access (if requested) for the exclusive use of staying guests. If guests wish to use the spa, please advise us prior to 10pm one day prior to your stay thank you. - Aumihi 1bd Apartment features a luxurious Super King extra height bed which can be split into two twin beds on request (minimum 48hrs in advance of the guest's stay for 3 nights + stays.) and has two outdoor entertaining areas with a private BBQ. We can add a single bed if you enquire for 3 guests at an additional fee, please contact us a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your stay if you would like an extra bed. Guests can use the upper Guest Lounge in the evenings to enjoy the big views of the mountains, city and sea. - Takurua 2bd Apartment on the 2nd level features city, mountain & sea views from bedroom1 & attached balcony. Both have a King Bed. The 2nd bedroom can be split to twin beds on request with 48hrs notice in advance of the guest's stay for 3 nights + stays. For two guests or less, the 2nd bedroom and 2nd bathroom will be locked unless otherwise requested in which case an additional service fee applies. The spa pool is accessed via stairs from street side, one level away from the apartment. - A Breakfast Basket is available (depending on the rate you choose) featuring either freshly baked bread (Vegan/Dairy free with NZ honey instead of sugar, or croissants (not Vegan). Preserve jams or honey plus cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Orange juice and Milk, English Breakfast tea and Plunger Coffee. (Please let us know if you have a preference) - The Upper-Level Guest Lounge is available for staying guests, Thursday to Saturday *please see your welcome information for availability and times. The views are amazing and the sunset is spectacular. The city lights & sea views are features not to be missed.
