Everything was good. The room was clean, tidy, not really noisy, beds were great to sleep in, the air con machine worked perfectly, great security, owners were great to talk to.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. They went out of their way to stay up and meet our late check-in time, as we were at the hospital with sick family and had odd hours of getting back to the room. As we were staying with my dying mother at the hospital, we didn't know if we would need to stay or not. We ended up staying four nights, and the staff were able to accomodate us in the same room for the whole time and were really kind and understanding about the situation which helped a lot knowing we had a known place to return to each night. We had parking on site. We were in close proximity to the hospital. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very good security and the location was nice and quiet.

we were there for Elton John concert. it ended up getting cancelled 15mins before start time. the staff of this motel John and Sam went out of there way to make it a great trip after a disastrous night with Elton cancelling and floods to Auckland that caused havoc. they ran around after us, we are so grateful. and all with smiles on their faces!!!

Location was great, easy to find the places we wanted to visit. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were warm and we were lucky enough to have our rooms close together. 14 of us altogether, our kids really enjoyed the big spa bath.
