A contemporary, stylish 20sqm studio apartment offers Italian kitchen facilities, modern bathroom, double bed, lovely outdoor furniture on your 17sqm private deck with secure bike parking and a Weber BBQ available on request. A continental breakfast is supplied. You are amongst a native garden complete with corten steel moas and other art. The garden was featured in NZ House & Garden, May 2023. The apartment features private check-in and check-out and is in the centre of Paeroa. This apartment started life as the kitchen of the Ohinemuri Masonic Lodge. It is the perfect spot to explore Paeroa and surrounds. It is centrally located for Hauraki Rail Trail excursions to Wahi through the famous Karangahake Gorge, to the art deco town of Te Aroha with hot pools and through to Thames with excellent shopping and museums. Being right in town it is an easy wander to enjoy Paeroa’s antiques, fine cafes, a walk in the park across the road and of course the famous L&P bottle.
Hello from your hosts Linley and John. We identify as creatives - creating art in various mediums and landscaping gardens are joint passions. We are loving living in the Paeroa township, making the most of many amazing activities available in the outdoors plus loving the proximity to the major centers of Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga.
