The boat ramp is a short walk from the house. This is also a lovely winter retreat with a log fire. This is a quiet neighbourhood with friendly chatty people. Flat section with Tui and Kereru (native wood pigeon) visiting at certain times of the year. Please note we do not provide towels, sheets, or pillowslips, but everything else you need including duvets, blankets, pillows, mattress protectors, are available.

Our property is our go to retreat when we get time to rest from our busy lifestyle. We arrive at the Lakehouse and quickly enjoy our surroundings while we recharge.

Hot Pools, Bush walks and mountain biking tracks are within easy driving distance. Glow worms within a short walking distance. 12 Minutes drive from Rotorua Airport. Hells gate is 10 minutes drive, Order hot chips from Emery's store 2km away, Rotoiti has a smaller golf course too a short drive away toward Whakatane. The Redwoods 15 min drive away. Boiling mud at Kurau park, in Rotorua (20 min drive). The gondola's, Hamarana springs, The Blue lake, (approx 20 minutes drive). Whakatane seaside township 50min drive.
