Newly built home, stylish, modern and beautifully light! Located 200m from the Lost Spring, 800m to the beach & town centre in a quiet cul-de-sac. The guest suite is a beautiful bright space with a new queen bed, kitchenette (no cooking facilities but has: microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster), ensuite & large wardrobe. As the room is attached to the house we ask that you are mindful of noise levels. No parties please. No smoking or Vaping inside the house please. We have a dog and baby so there may be some general house noise however the wall between the room and house is insulated. There is a separate entrance via courtyard through a ranch slider.
We are a well travelled family of 3 and a very friendly dog :) We love our home and Whitianga and feel passionate about sharing our home and this beautiful part of the world with our guests. We love to meet our guests and always happy to give recommendations and helpful tips about the area.
We are located central too Whitianga town on a newly built subdivision which is located down a quiet cul-de-sac. We are a 2 minute walk too the famous Lost Springs and a 10 minute walk too Whitianga town and the Beach.
