Welcome to Paihia Loft ~ a unique accomodation experiance. Thank you for choosing to stay at Paihia Loft. You will be staying in an arty apartment with all the amenities to feel like home. It's yours to relax and recharge in while exploring the bay. Warm, sunny, cosy & fun. I hope you'll find it a bit quirky and a little bit inspiring too. Maybe you'll go home and design the perfect mezzanine bedroom with storage steps or fill your bathroom with art and plants. At Paihia Loft you'll have a larger deck to enjoy the sky & sun with a Hawaiian style umbrella to shade under. Whatever your mood & whatever the weather you'll enjoy the light filled space and it's convenient location to the village and all it has to offer. Things to note: There are sixteen stairs from the carpark to the front door. Please be sure you can manage stairs when you book. Bedroom 2 has a Double Bed only ~ suitable for one person and it has about six steps to climb up to the bed so its not suitable for those with any agility issues. Thanks again for choosing to stay. So much to see and do in Paihia. See the brochures in the pantry at Paihia Loft or Visit iSite on the waterfront for activity bookings. Ferry tickets can be purchased in advance at iSite office or onboard the ferry. Only the Bay Belle boat takes cards, the others are cash only. Favourites eateries & shopping; *Best Cafe; Tasty homemade food and a bike-loving barista - Third Wheel Coffee. Take the alley next to the Fire Station on Selwyn Road, head towards the water and you'll find the locals cafe in the alley. Open 8-2pm Monday - Friday & Saturday there is reduce service until midday with tables in the alley. *JEMM - a clothing and collectables mecca. Next door to Third Wheel Cafe. *Flying Fish Design store - on the main shopping street, Cool jewellery, prints and gifts. *Gold n Gifts - Lovely shopping - lovely people *Rip Curl for all your streetwear and beach needs. *Terra Restuarant - Scandi dining - upscale simple & stylish. Outdoor seating on the balcony with water views. *Charlotte's Kitchen - on the end of the Wharf, Pizza, Seafood, Live Music Sunday afternoons. *JFC - Just Fish n Chips - except it's not - they serve delicious taco's, Great Seafood chowder & a variety of seafood dishes. Outdoor seating in the garden and often have live music. The white villa across the road from the beach, near the stone Church. Turn right at the start of School Rd and you'll find it. *Tipsy Oyster - Bar & Tapas across from the beach. Turn right at the bottom of School Rd. Blue Door Cafe & Bar - Across from the beach at the right hand end of beach along from Tipsy Oyster. *Zane Greys, resort style bar and dining on the over the water space.
