Gorgeous renovated cottage with modern interior * 10 min walk to city centre, restaurants, cafes & theatres * 10-15 min drive to Nelson Airport * 10-13 min drive/1 hour easy walk to Tahunanui Beach * Free fibre wifi * 15 min walk or 3min drive to Nelson Hospital * Heat pump/DVS * Off-street parking * Quiet street * Enjoy breakfast or wines on the verandah, afternoon sun at the top of the garden with views of the Cathedral * 2 bedrooms with one queen bed per room, claw foot bath, new shower & double basins in the bathroom, upgraded kitchen * please read property policies to ensure you comply. Wifi and power must remain on at all times. * Upstairs loft is not to be accessed by guests. Main bedroom has a cleaner's storage cupboard, not available for guests use. * strictly no use of candles or items with live flames. fireworks also not to be used *no smoking, parties or gatherings, no glitter or confetti please * only the number of guests booked may stay overnight (visitors must depart by 10pm) * one small-mid size dog allowed with approval from the Host, fees apply per booking. Dogs must not be left unattended on the property.

Very quiet street yet so close to the city centre. Directly opposite Nelson College for Girls playing field so a great place to run a circuit for fitness/exercising, or to take the dog for a run. I have amazing neighbours nearby. This is a family orientated area, please respect the neighbours and quiet-times rules.
