Located along the Hapuku beachfront and boasting beautiful mountain views from your patio, The Factory Luxury Accomodation features 3 bedrooms, a hot tub and a fireplace. It is 10 minutes’ drive from Kaikoura's town centre. Guests can enjoy an outdoor meal using the BBQ facilities in the courtyard, surrounded by a lovely garden. A 3-course breakfast can be arranged. Free bicycles are available if you wish to explore the surrounding area. The Factory Luxury Accomodation Kaikoura is a 5-minute drive from Kaikoura Golf Course. Mount Fyffe and Dolphin Encounter Kaikoura are both 15 minutes’ drive away. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge area with a flat-screen TV, a Blu-Ray player and an iPod docking station. The en suite bathroom offers a claw-foot bathtub.

Please note that due to the recent earthquake, some roads are closed and alternate routes may need to be taken to access the property. At this stage the journey to Kaikoura from the north (Blenheim, Picton and Nelson) is more than a 7 hour journey. For further information please refer to the New Zealand Transport Agency's website.
