Located in the main township of Oneroa, a short walk will take you to one of our four local beaches or 10-15 minute drive will have you on Palm Beach or Onetangi Beach. Oneroa shopping centre is a convenient 1 minute drive or 15 minute stroll, where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and galleries. Both Matiatia and Kennedy Point Ferry Terminals are only a short drive. Although you will be centrally located to all of the Islands attractions including all wineries it still provides a sense of seclusion. The north facing aspect ensures that you will enjoy the warmth of the sun all day long. With stunning outdoor living options to take in the magnificent views on two levels, and all day sun - you will struggle to tear yourself away to take in the other sights of the island.
