Once you arrive, you'll never want to leave 'Villa Casa Maria' transports you to the tranquil hillsides of Tuscany, lovingly hand crafted mud brick farmhouse, with its own beautiful clear stoney bottom river winding through the property Arrive on your 7 acres of peaceful paradise surrounded by neighboring farmland. Set well back from the road down a winding drive, Villa Casa Maria, is surrounded with expansive lush green lawns and gardens, an amazing quiet waterside Oasis. Amazing authentic Tuscan Farmhouse, large rustic beams, imported Terracotta roof, copper detailing, huge open wood fireplace, barn doors throughout, wrought iron detailing's. Truly tranquil location nestled in the hillside by the Kaimai ranges; spring feed stoney bottom river winds its way around 3 sides of the farmhouse, open the window and fall asleep to the rivers amazing sounds. Relax in the Mexican hammocks, play the many board and outdoor games, soak in the hot tub and take in the amazing birdlife. There is a small minor dwelling on the property, but this is about 20 meters from the main house, behind a barn on the other side of the driveway, the minor isn't visible from the house
