This is a holiday home not a hotel. If you are looking for comfortable, informal accommodation you’ll fall in love with this hidden gem. Our family owned apartment is nestled in a secluded corner overlooking the sheltered West End of New Zealand’s favourite beach. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, watching the surfers from your private deck. A 30 second walk will see you basking on the beach or surfing the safe west end break. You’ll feel miles away from the rest of the world surrounded by native bush and birdsong in this peaceful spot and drift off to sleep at night listening to the sound of the waves.
This is our personal surf pad that we rent out when not in use.
Our private apartment is situated down an exclusive private road at the sheltered west end of ohope beach. Allow yourself to slow down and take a step back in time at this quintessential slice of kiwi paradise. Renowned for its safe swimming, stunning views of nearby Whale Island, White Island and the East Cape, Ohope has been continuously voted New Zealand’s most loved beach. Just over the hill you’ll find a famous local treasure, Otarawairere Bay, a spectacular, pristine bay accessible only by foot.
