Welcome to our private house in the Lugadia neighborhood, where comfort meets convenience amidst jungle and beach life. - Check-in strictly from 3PM only. YOU MUST INFORM US OF YOUR CHECK-IN TIME. Precise instructions will be provided due to the lack of street names or numbers in the neighborhood. - In case of brownouts: there is no generator. Three rechargeable lights are provided. - We strictly accommodate no more than 6 guests, including babies, infants, and visitors at any time of the day or night. - Please do not park any motorbikes in the way behind the house, since it is the path to my sister’s house. - Bring your beach towels and mosquito repellent essentials. Bathroom towels cannot be used outside of the house. - Bedroom amenities include air-cons, twin beds, and mosquito repellent plugs. - Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, cutlery, rice cooker, and water dispenser. - Daily provisions include filtered water, toilet paper, coffee, tea, and anti-mosquito supplies. - House rules: no smoking indoors, turn off the air conditioning if you leave the house, strict no-party policy, no loud noise after 10PM. - Housekeeping included at check out. Additional fee of 2,000 PhP for excessive dirt or cost price for damages/stained textiles that are too difficult to remove.
