The property is a privately-owned condominium unit located in a residential complex. All our condos are fully furnished and good for max 2-4 people. The units are located in Makati business district (Heart of Makati) Airport 15-20 mins + depending on traffic. Close to big malls like greenbelt/sm makati & Ayala Circuit 2-2.5km only. Lots of coffee places and restaurants nearby, there are also spa/massage places just walking distance 1-2 floor at the location. The Amenities 8th floor OPEN: - Grand Lobby - Pool - Lounges - Two-level amenity deck - Pavilions and Terraces - Barbeque terrace - Yoga and exercise lawn Swimming pool open Tuesday-Sunday 06.00AM to 10.00pm. 150php per guest (adults&kids), 300php on holidays (adults&kids). (Managed by Greenmist building administration) Tickets can be purchased from 2nd floor basement administration office or ordered directly from us as courtesy :) Monday-Friday 09.00am-06.00pm (Saturdays) 09.00am-01.00pm. Paid parking on premises managed separately by Greenmist building administratuon. All guests must send IDs 24 hours before check-in so that we can help process their IDs and provide them with access to the building & condominium.
