The space is a 26.78sq bedroom unit with balcony FACING AMENITIES at the 45th floor. The unit has installed WIFI internet and NETFLIX for you to enjoy your browsing. The LIVING ROOM has a stylish and relaxing ambiance with a LIGHT that can change from warm,soft white to bright light and also a READING LAMP next to the sofa equipped with books, side table and you may use as a storage as well.The sofa has comfy throw pillows and throw blanket and can be turn to SOFA-BED(3-4seater sofa) DINING has elegant drop light that comes in 3 different colors.The table designed with tempered glass and with 2 bar stools. The dining table is just enough for 2pax. However, we have an extra side table in the living room that extra guests can use. KITCHEN comes with necessary equipment like pots,pan,bottle container for condiments,rice cooker,boiling kettle,teapot,and coffee machine.Condiments like sugar,tea,and coffee(Kimbo brand from Italy we serve till the last supply)are provided. You may find the cleaning materials and fire extinguisher under the sink.*Kitchenwares are the most highly recommended feedback from our previous guest BATHROOM includes hot and cold showers also provided with towels,bathsoap,and shampoo. BEDROOM has comfortable double size bed (54”x78”)with available pull out drawer for your storage and you may find the extra linens on it.*extra linens for extra guest.With inverter A/C,closet,you can find the Iron and iron board and extra pillows inside of the cabinet. Next to it before the entrance towards the balcony is a beautiful mirror stand. The place can accommodate up to 4 people (Full-double bed size and the sofa bed in the living room)and allow them to receive visitors(not for overnight stay)with the authorization from the owner.
