Modern comfortable two-room apartment with parking place The apartment has been prepared in modern style, tastefully and with use of high quality materials. A lot of detailed features have been planned in living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom to assure comfort for its residents. The apartment consists of spacious living room with entrance to a sunny balcony, kitchen in a form of half-open annexe, comfortable bedroom with entrance to the balcony too, exclusive bathroom and a hall. Kitchen in a form of annexe is arranged with elegant and modern built-in cupboards and units with complete high-class kitchen equipment (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle). Bathroom with a convenient shower, a front-loader automatic washing machine, handy set of shelves and drawers. In the hall an additional three-door wardrobe, hanging mirror, a separate clothes stand and free-standing shoe cupboard. Utility room in the basement and a car park in the underground parking garage are the apartment’s associated facilities.
