The Karat accommodation facility offers 2- and 3-person rooms, equipped with private bathrooms with a shower. Standard rooms are located on the street side and have external blinds, the facility is separated from DK22 by sound-absorbing screens. Air conditioning is available in public areas and selected rooms. Guests have access to a free, fenced and monitored parking lot. The rooms have a TV (channels only in Polish), tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge. Guests can use the toaster, microwave and dining area (a children's highchair is also available). The property provides ironing facilities upon request. There is a green area for rest on the premises with benches and a barbecue. Children up to 3 years old can use a travel cot for free.

The Karat is located at DK22 in the Kałdowo district, opposite the Teutonic Castle. It takes 15 minutes to reach the Castle by walk along the scenic route over the Nogat River (distance 1.2 km). There is also a city beach nearby (15 min walk - 1.1 km), as well as restaurants located near the Castle, 2 gas stations and a Biedronka supermarket. The center of Malbork (McDonald's) can be reached in 20 minutes. KARAT is located 2 km from the railway station and 1.5 km from the Malbork-Kałdowo railway stop. Public transport stops are located on the other side of the river (10 minutes walk).
