It is a spacious and comfortable studio fitted with a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Tea and coffee is provided, as well as an electric kettle and espresso machine. A flat-screen TV is featured. Wi-Fi is available for the Guests. In the bathroom, you will find towels, a set of basic toiletries and a blow dryer. Also, a washing machine is at your disposal. The apartment has a small narrow balcony, however it does not allow sitting outside. The building features a roof terrace and has CCTV and a 24h security guard. A large public parking, where you can leave your car safely, is located adjacent to the building. Standard city fees apply. Please contact us if you wish to book a private parking space in the underground garage of the same building. We will check availability and get back to you. This apartment is located in a modern building by the Warta River, in the heart of the city, 400 metres from the Old Town Square and the renaissance City Hall. The nearby riverside and municipal park (project completed in August 2016) - Park Stare Koryto Warty - provides excellent opportunities for recreation and active relaxation. You will also find playground for children there. Within just a walking distance, you will find Poznan’s main attractions. If you cross the Warta River, after an approx. 10-minute walk, you will reach Ostrów Tumski Island with the City’s Cathedral and will be able to discover an old-fashioned charm of "Śródka" with its little cosy restaurants. The nearest airport is Poznan Lawica Airport, 8 km from the property, and Poznan Glowny Train Station is located approx. 3,5 km from the apartment (20-minute walk). The Poznan International Fair is 5 km away (by car).
