The apartment is located in a Sopot tenement house, on the 1st floor. The advantage of the apartment is the location, Sopot Monte Cassino. The entrance to the building is directly from Monte Cassino. The apartment itself is located in the part of the house from which we have a view of the courtyard. This ensures peace and comfort of rest, even though we are in the center of Sopot's events. The apartment consists of two parts. The studio is designed in a loft style, we have an open space. The place has a seating area, a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area with a table, a kitchenette, a bathroom. The heart of the flat is a mezzanine where we have a separate sleeping area for 2 people on a comfortable double mattress. The mezzanine surfaces can also be used to relax with a book or with a laptop on your lap. The second bedroom has a private entrance from the shared hall. The bedroom has a double bed, bathroom.
We live two apartment houses away. Thanks to that, we help our guests at every moment of their stay. The rules that apply in our house: The day at the apartment starts at 15:00, ends at 11:00 am. Keep in mind, this is our home. Please treat the place with kindness and care, as if it was your own. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10 PM. We have neighbours who enjoy living in a peaceful neighbourhood. At check-in, a damage deposit is charged. The deposit is refundable after the apartment has been checked on the day of check-out. The guest can not give the apartment to non registered guests. Parties can not be organized. The whole house is non-smoking, non-compliance with the rule causes the loss of the deposit. The owner of the apartment is not responsible for the loss, destruction of money or things belonging to the guests. The guest is financially liable for any damage to the apartment, objects, equipment and technical devices resulting from his fault. Each parent is responsible for the damage caused by children. In case of damage please immediately notify the host. If you do not follow the rules, the reservation will be deleted.
In the neighborhood we have access to every attraction offered by over 100 years old resort. Beach, sea, theaters, cinemas, art galleries, cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, pier. North and southern park and much, much more.
