The apartment type T2 (double room plus a room for two people) and can accommodate up to six people (sofa bed). Have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (+ 100), private internet wifi connection. Modern furniture, has a balcony with magnificent views of the sea, right in front to the Reis Magos Beach, spotting up the Deserted Islands in the distance the ocean. The bathroom has a bath and the kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer and water heater. The apartment is 'eco-friendly' and works exclusively electric power (no connection gas) with LED lighting. It also has one exclusive free indoor private park.
We welcome all who seek a quiet place to contemplate the beach and the ocean and hear the waves of the sea to enjoy a glass on the balcony after an adventurous journey to discover the best that Madeira has to offer. I have another occupation in addition to the pleasure of welcoming, advising the best places, bars and restaurants. And im open to help you any time.
The house is about 200 meters from Praia dos Reis Magos, a picturesque cove where the tradition of a small fishing community has given way to an attractive tourist hub, hotels, bars, restaurants, a diving center and a beach that captivates not only bathers but also practicing water sports especially windsurfing. The Reis Magos Beach is located in Canico de Baixo, a tourist town that gained projection with the arrival of hundreds of foreign nationals, especially in central Europe (Germany and Austria) and since the 70s have settled here. In terms of accessibility, the Caniço de Baixo is located 15 minutes from Madeira International Airport and 15 minutes from Funchal. Even in front of the apartment Magi View building there is a bus stop that connects to Funchal. Well served by roads (near the highway), the Magi View apartment is a great place to design a car to any point on the island and to stand the sound of the ocean waves.
