W-LAN throughout the house. There are televisions in all rooms, including the kitchen. Personal TV runs with 160 programs. Everything also video on demand. In the living room there is a large desk with a monitor, keyboard and printer. Computer can be provided on request. In the courtyard there is a grill. There is also a washing machine and a heat pump dryer. The house is monitored by a video system outside. Inside we respect your privacy. The house is surrounded by a fence and a wall, which is additionally secured with an electric fence. Agreement: When a reservation is made, the entire travel price is due for payment at once. This payment is considered to have been made when it has been received in our account or in our PayPal account. You will of course receive a notification of receipt and you will receive bank details immediately after your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to make the house available again if payment is not received within 48 hours. For “last minute” bookings, a traceable confirmation of payment to our account is absolutely necessary. We also accept transfers to a European account, a local account and a US account. All additional costs are included, for long-term rental VB.
We are both over 50 and couldn't decide on the Ypacarai or the Parana, specifically Encarnacion. So, both. Now we rent out our house at Mboi Kae when we are not using it ourselves.
The nearest beach with beautiful Costanera is 200 meters away. Depensas and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Ruta 1 and supermarket about 500 meters. Encarnacion town center 4 km. No long distances necessary. Bolt and Co are inexpensive alternatives to your own car.
