Brand new apartment in a brand new, modern location - Novum by the sea in Olimp, Mangalia. What&#39;s marvellous about the place is the super easy access to the beach - just exit the complex, and you&#39;ll immediately reach the sea shore. Great for family with kids. Novum Complex also has an internal restaurant, and our location is in the immediate vicinity of a great beach called Moussay with really cool vibes. Come check it out! :)

Olimp is currently facing a wave of new buildings and new beaches that are revamping the local area. The beach is extremely close to the apartment, which makes it a great option for families with kids (and not only). Access is best recommended by car. There is a private parking space at the entrance. A local supermarket (La Doi Pasi) is at around 2 kilometers, being the closest. There is a restaurant inside the Novum Complex, a restaurant on the Moussay Beach and a few local sea restaurants nearby.
