This cosy cottage is perfect for your next getaway! Located beside the woods, 300m above sea level on the beautiful Avala mountain. There is a large yard where you can relax or make a BBQ. The air is fresh and there are fantastic views of the woods, tower and surrounding hills. It's a peaceful oasis not too far from the city. The cottage is ideal for couples, small families or backpackers who are looking to relax and explore. What's special about the cottage is that it's been hand-built by your host Nemanja! It has everything you could need for a short getaway, including a fireplace for cooler nights. There are fresh apricots, apples and grapes growing next to the cottage that you can help yourself to! The cottage itself is 33m2, with the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom all separated from the living area. You are more than welcome to use the outdoor BBQ or relax in the yard. There is electricity, running water, TV and internet available at the cottage. Local shops are only a short drive away.
I am a Serbian guy from Belgrade that's spent a few years living abroad in Japan. I rent out several apartments and enjoy meeting foreigners, and am always happy to help in any way I can. I love travelling in cities and the countryside, and being outdoors with my dog. I'm available to meet you in person for check-in, and on mobile throughout your stay. Located on the beautiful Avala mountain, the location really speaks for itself. It's a peaceful oasis, boasting great views and fresh air, with amazing outdoor areas. The cottage is right by the woods and close to the Avala tower. Plus Belgrade is not too far away!
