Studio B-52 se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji na glavnom bulevaru u Beogradu, tačno preko puta centralnog gradskog parka. Studio je klimatizovan, svetao, tih i potpuno opremljen čak i za potrebe dužeg boravka. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan brzi WiFi internet, smart TV, kompletno opremljena kuhinja (rerna, sudo-mašina, grejna ploča, frižider i kuvalo za vodu), kupatilo sa tušem, fen za kosu, mašina za veš, pegla. Na raspolaganju je terasa opremljena garniturom za sedenje kao i francuski balkon sa pogledom na dvorište. B-52 Studio, nalazi se na poslednjem spratu stambene zgrade i pozicioniran je ka dvorištu zgrade, tako da je zaštićen od buke glavne ulice.
Popularna odredišta u blizini smeštaja su: Stadion Tašmajdan, Narodna skupština Republike Srbije, Muzej Nikole Tesle i Narodno pozorište.
