The property is very close to Arbat street and a 10-15 minute walk to the metro station. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very spacious, and were made up every day. The staff even accommodated a flower delivery on January 30, so my three girls would have their New Years flowers early on New Year’s Eve. The only real complaint I have is that on January 1, despite extending breakfast hours until 12:30, when we came down for breakfast, the tables had not been bused, there was very little to eat on the buffet tables, no juices, no coffee, no hot water for tea, not even clean plates. Yes, the hotel staff jumped on the situation right away, but only after many people complained and some threatened to go have breakfast elsewhere and bring their receipts for reimbursement. Would I stay at the Arbat Hotel again? Yes. Will I pay extra to have breakfast included in my rate? Absolutely no.
