Hospitality is really great. Staff in reception, concierge, restaurant etc are all very kind and friendly. I had issue with my card for the payment and the receptionist was really patient and give solution for online payment which is working fine. Thanks a lot for giving an upgrade to my room (junior suite), I didn’t expect it and really glad that i get it. The room is very spacious.
