Our house is fully furnished with all the required amenities. It has a nice private swimming pool with a patio. The house is equipped with air conditioners and hot water; and has two bedrooms with mosquito nets, balconies, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two toilets with hot water, a garden, a double garage and a terrace. A crib and highchair are available for parents travelling with child. For your entertainment there is fibre optic internet connection and TV cable subscription. A cleaner is available free of charge plus two watchman (day and night). The host lives close by in case you have any needs and we guarantee 24/7 customer service. The house is in a residential area with high ranking officials so it is very secure. It is also close to supermarkets and convenience stores. Other details to note: Due to recent increases in electricity bills, there will be an additional charge of 5,000 FCFA per day for electricity. This amount can be paid locally upon arrival or any time during your stay.
I have been hosting guests through different platforms since 2019 and I have found it to be a pleasurable experience. I pride myself in making my guests feel happy and comfortable during their stay. I also live close by, I am therefore readily available to offer any assistance to my guests. Since I studied and lived in the United Kingdom for several years, I am fluent in both English and French.
Our house is on a fairly quiet road off the main Rue Ngor in Almadies. There is an SGBS bank and cash point and other amenities nearby - small store opposite house; large Casino Supermarket about 15 mins walk away. Nicest places to eat/drink are on corniche almadies (by the sea). We recommend Noflaye. We are also a short drive from Plage Ngor. Chez Katia is a very lively bar on the main road before you turn off to Plage Ngor. Everyone knows where it is. There is a taxi rank about 3 minutes walk from the house. There are high ranking officials in our street so the area is full of security and and is very quiet.
