Excellent setup. Proper utensils for cooking sufficiently decent meal or breakfast as required. Rice cooker is a bonus. Quite location. Great pool. Hosts were reachable via BdotCom. Most house rules were well documented. 10mins walk to main Karon circle and about 5 mins away from beach.

First thoughts on arriving at the appartment was 'Wow'. The appartment is huge, spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and well equipt with everything you need for a stay. Communication with James was excellent from the initial booking to the end of our stay. We were a family of 5, the location for us was brilliant, lovely and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of Karon beach, close enough though to the beach and all local restaurants and bars at this end of Karon Beach. The apartment was cleaned regularly with changes of linen and towels and the added bonus of having a washing machine was great. James sorted us a transfer from the airport which really helped, especially when arriving in the evening after a long flight. Easy to get to other areas such as Kata, Patong and Kamala beach.

This is undoubtedly a place that exudes warmth and beauty. We had the pleasure of witnessing the most stunning sunsets in Phuket right from our accommodation. The landlord and his wife's hospitality and the thoughtful preparations they made for us provided a comforting embrace amidst unexpected travel circumstances. The tranquility of this location allows for a serene retreat, and the amenities are well-appointed. Moreover, shopping and dining options are conveniently accessible in the vicinity!

Very spacious flat, fully equipped, nice balcony with sofa, two pools, great for families. 8 minutes to the beach, restaurants close by. Owner James was extremely helpful also with non-flat related matters, we were allowed a late check out. Overall a great stay and very good value for money.
